John McMillan Preschool
We are a preschool for children ages three through five years old, located in Bethel Park. John McMillan Preschool provides a joyful place to learn, play and make new friends!
Our philosophy is to provide an engaging and progressive early childhood curriculum in a positive, safe learning environment.
The creative, social, cognitive, emotional , physical and spiritual growth of each child is nurtured in a developmentally appropriate manner by qualified and caring staff.
In partnership with our families, we will prepare our children for successful school experiences and build a foundation for a life long love of learning.
What We Offer
Pre-Kindergarten AM or PM: For children age 4½ as of September 30, 2025, this class meets Monday-Thursday and fosters the development of specific skills that are essential for success in kindergarten. Each day will include free play and gross motor time.

4-Year Olds AM or PM: For children age 4 as of September 30, 2025, this class meets three days per week (MWF or TThF)and lessons are designed to prepare children for kindergarten. Each day includes free play and gross motor time.

3-Year Olds AM or PM: For children age 3 as of September 30, 2025, 2-day (Tuesday & Thursday) or 3-day (Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday) classes are offered. Children must be toilet trained. The focus of our 3’s curriculum is socialization and learning through play.

Young 3-Year Olds AM : For children turning 3 June- September 30, 2025, 2-day (Tuesday & Thursday) classes are offered. Children must be toilet trained. The focus of our 3’s curriculum is socialization and learning through play.

Enrichment: A variety of enrichment classes are offered throughout the year. These classes are an extension to the normal preschool day.
